The only thing that bothered me during the stay was chlorine smell from bed sheets and towels which is definitely a sign of good sanitary habits. I was surprised of how great everything was - best recommendations!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with large closet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with wide assortment of pastries, meats, fresh fruits, vegetables and drinks including smoothies and fresh squeezed orange juice. Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is outdated, staff is rude and the area, although ok, is far from most everything you need to see in Valencia. It is extremely noisy inside the rooms, beds are metal bunks that housekeeping start dragging around every morning for cleaning making very uncomfortable noise since very early in the morning. Front the staff is very rude, no particular interest in customer service. Breakfast is good, however they were giving my wife a hard time to come in dining room because she was 2 minutes past the 10:30 cut off time for breakfast even though I was already sitting inside and had a table for the two of us. Overall not a pleasant experience. Expensive, bad condition, terrible service.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location, a big mall is next street and you are next to the bus station if needed. Also there’s a metro stop two streets away. The rooms are simple and the staff very nice. It’s a good option if you are visiting the city

Amazing hotel! The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is super nice and welcoming. The restaurant they have in the lobby is really good! Super convenient location since we were able to either walk to everywhere we wanted to go or had a bus stop close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star but more like a 2 star.The room was very hot, the AC didn’t work and there was no fridge or a kettle in the room. It’s well overpriced for what it is.

Hotel was nice, good breakfast options, bed was comfy, close to metro links within the city. I was on the 10th floor, wifi kept crashing and was pretty slow up there, hotel/room was expensive for what it was, no fridge in room, basic rooms. I have paid far less for more. There was previous guests long hair strands in the bath tub.

Disappointing
This is an incredibly outdated hotel. No updates have happened in decades it seems. Old style, old furnishings. Balcony door didn't lock. They wouldn't let me check in early. I understand that it isn't always possible but at least offer to contact me when my room is ready. They just said come back at 3pm. I sat in the lobby and watched others be checked in before 3pm. I wanted to grab coffee and maybe some toast from the onsite restaurant and they said it was either the full buffet at 18 Euros or nothing at all. Where is the service mentality? The cleaning staff were also very slow and/or disorganised. I put my please clean this room hanger on my door and came back 4 hours later and no cleaning. I then had to leave for another 2 hours so that I didn't get in their way. Even after all that, they were still cleaning when I got back. If the signs don't mean anything to the team, don't have them. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
