I generally love the AZZ hotels and Spa. They have everything I always wanted in a great hotel. Clean, good locations, affordable, fantastic breakfast, one a kind Spa facility, great staff and spacious rooms. When I travel in Europe I try to stay in AZZ hotels if available.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They go out of their way to make this the best they can despite the limitations of the property. The owners needs to invest in upgrades to this property (example hallway carpeting is dirty and stained and fixtures in the room are scratched and worn.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The nightly rate does not include access to the spa circuit. It comes at an additional cost of €15.

Aru the receptionist; was an especially helpful professional and kind she spoke great English. She explained everything ... The Entire staff was great that is what made the stay great. The breakfast was great and the dinners they need a new coffee machine The Property need some maintenance and love we would stay again and hope the Spa area maintenance will be working completely

Sated 1 night in Oct 2023. Great rooms, Super Breakfast buffet ! Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Not so much around the hotel but it was fine as a stop near Valencia. I drove to the hotel and it was super easy to find. The room was huge and well appointed. They provided everything you may need for the stay. I was given a room for a person with disabilities although I am not disabled. Weird, but not a deal breaker for me. It is close to many local stores and just under 5 miles away for the city center.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Valencia, so you need a taxi to get to Valencia, but it is a short trip. The hotel was very comfortable, large room with amenities, very clean, and a nice restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. It is quiet and you can relax at the bar with a glass of cava or a beer. Staff is very nice and helpful. They always called us a taxi, which was there at the time we needed it. There is parking, so if you are driving, it is a plus.
