"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. "This hotel is located close to the airport. Taxi to airport was 30 ringitts . Breakfast at the hotel I consider to be outstanding. Close to Queensbay Mail which is handy. Lovely swimming pool which catches the sun."

"The Staff were excellent and extremely attentive. unfortunately, the rooms in the hotel are in great need of renovation with some mould on the bathroom ceiling and the room having a Musty smell. "

"The building (hotel) is quite old and run down unlike 7 years ago where we stayed.However, the excellent services provided by Kasturi and particularly Joey was outstanding! Joey shows much patience and kindness and takes time and effort to explain to us repeatedly when approached. Joey is definitely a valuable asset to Le Dream and highly commendable. 👍👍"
