"Premium rooms were well equipped and modern. The Breakfast options were the best I’ve had in an European hotel. Lovely quiet spa. Gym was well equipped. I found it slightly far to walk to most of the attractions and used Uber. The roof top pool area was crowded and loud when I stayed. We struggled to get a bed. Service in reception and dining areas was excellent. Housekeeping could have been better. Overall a pleasant stay and I would go there again. "

Everyone on the entire staff was friendly, professional and adept. The little "surprises" in the room every day, specialty chocolates, macaroons, etc were so fun and appreciated. I would definitely stay at this location and more than willing to recommend any Sans Epic hotel based on this experience."
