"This is second time we've stayed at the property. As usual, staffs are always friendly. We've asked the front desk to see if it's possible to arrange to be on the same floor as our friends and they were happy to do so. They've also let us know that the new room they had available may be noisy as it faces the freeway. We really appreciate their effort in making the arrangement and warning about noise. "We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"

"Beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Spa great restaurants beautiful views comfortable rooms = great weekend getaway. Only thing I’d do differently next time is that I’d bring my own pillow. Their pillows are a little hard."
