"Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the variety of breakfast was huge. One day I was late for breakfast and they are already serving lunch, I asked for a togo coffee and they gave it to me free. The area it located has multiple other big hotels too and it makes me feel safe even i was out till mid night. "

"We stayed this hotel for two nights in the hot summer and worried it’s AC and noises. However, everything was cool. The staff were so friendly, they were willing to help us whenever they could. Particularly thanks to Winnie and all the receptionists, they’re professional and warm. The food in the restaurant was adequate and tasty. There are plenty eateries nearby. We had great experience there."

"It was in a quiet location but close to the subway and lots of shops and restaurants. Fairly close to Beihai Park. Beds were soft and the room was cleaned when we were away. Great wifi. Difficult to find on a map as its down an alley - I only have chinese maps so this may be why and the address wasnt traanslated well into chinese. Not a lot to offer - no hotel restaurant or bar. a little pricey for its value"
