"Hot water did not came out. Wifi gets weak on and off. Only 2in1 soap is provided. Except for them, the staff was kind and friendly. Room and linens were clean despite being aged. "superior king bed room was spacious and clean - kind of refurbished condition. breakfast was average - not much choices. access to the hotel lobby from the main entrance was terrible bcoz of steep staircase - not friendly at all to senior citizens, not convenient for luggage drop off etc. overall, considered okay for short stay."

"The bed in Room 306 was infested with bed bugs and my son and his girlfriend were bitten in many places from 12 – 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday 21 July 2024. They have photos of the welts caused by these vicious bed bugs’ bites. Please email us how to send these pictures to Expedia. They could not sleep and eventually requested for a change of room to Room 206 which was not the King Deluxe Room Type that I had paid for. "This hotel is a plain Jane, a place to sleep only. The bed was adequate. You cannot even relax in the room as there was only one chair. We were in a "deluxe room". That's a stretch. The bathroom is a simple as they come, with the very basics. There were no shelves for you toiletries. But the shower was large. The hallway was very sparse. The elevator service was good but has no ventilation, very stuffy and smelly. There was loud music and radio on our 3rd floor. The only bright spot is the lobby...

"The hotel was fairly well maintained and the room I stayed in seemed to have undergone a bit of recent renovations, which felt nice to have a new bathroom to use. The hotel was easy to locate with the use of GPS. However, it is not located near any convenience stores or any eatery that opens early for breakfast. The check-in staff seemed rather unfriendly during my check-in process. For the price I paid, I was not impressed with the service I received."
