"Excellent service! I like the breakfast selection they have to offer. Also use the spa service 2 nights in a row. My only complaint was the smell of smoking probably from other guests smoking in the washroom. Saw a notice in the elevator some guests are probably doing that. That's so dangerous and selfish."

"We booked a 12 night stay at this hotel over Christmas. Overall, the location is fantastic and the front desk staff are great. The staff tried its best to help me with any issues encountered. "Good backpacker or small length stay hostel. However, the rooms aren’t well ventilated so it can get stuffy at night if the door is closed. Also, it wasn’t clear how to contact staff if there’s an emergency or if late check in (I was lucky enough to see to use Facebook to contact them with the small text under their hours of operation)"
