"Location was great, bell staff was friendly and helpful, check in was easy and front desk clerk gave me an upgrade. However the rooms are dated and dirty. Curtains in my room (354) were torn to shreds. Tub leaked continuously and wouldn’t fully convert to a shower so the water pressure was horrible. Spoke to front desk but nothing changed throughout our 4 night stay. We were a group of friends in 5 different rooms and 3 rooms had significant plumbing issues. "This property is in the warehouse district which is a nice respite from the Quarters. It is an old building that has been refurbished. Love the exposed brick walls and plank floors. The restaurant and bar are really nice - food was lovely. Staff are very nice and helpful. The only downside is the sound of people walking around above you but to be expected.
