The staff were all wonderful, especially the lady who helped me book the spa. She was super nice and patient, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. "What a gem we found in Coles Bay Vacation Rental! We arrived here after a late night flight into Victoria Airport. Karey met us at the door and invited us into this sweet space, welcoming us and explaining where things were in the room and how to operate appliances. Our bed was super comfortable and the hot breakfast with fresh croissants were sooo yummy! What a find! "
