"It was an excellent visit. We spent one night at the hotel during the Bath Christmas markets and found the service to be efficient, friendly and helpful. Although we were told that the hotel was fully booked, at no point did we feel this was the case with little sound and no queues for check-in, bag collection or breakfast. "

"Top notch hotel! 40 mins drive from Bath and 20 mins to Bristol city centre! Very modern and slick decor with friendly service and great amenities! Reception was 24hr and had complimentary tea and coffee as well as some of their products to purchase! They also had a Dyson hairdryer and even straighteners in the room! Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was even lovely! Bed was massive and very comfy! To be eco friendly they had a hot and cold water tap on the hallway instead of a kettle which I think was a great touch. The diner onsite had friendly service (Dean was a great waiter!) and delicious food. Would throughly recommend and visit again! Thank you! "

"Great hotel with a warm welcome. Location could not be better. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Ate in the Beau Brasserie which was excellent. The staff were amazing and very hard working on what was seasonally a hectic time. "
