"The staff at the hotel are great - super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a king suite, which was large and comfortable. An extra perk was the sauna. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the beds were very low to the floor, which made sitting and getting up/down a little challenging for us."

"The staff were all very welcoming and polite. Always friendly and helpful sharing areas to visit in the area. The restaurant there was great. Also they have a beautiful rooftop bar with a beautiful view. I would definitely stay there again."

"The property has style. It has the feel of the early 1900s, but, unfortuntely, not every room has been well maintained. Initially I was given a room that was not up to scratch and, because I wanted a bathtub, I needed to pay a sizable supplement. The room I then got was far superior to the first one in every way. I have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions before and I still like it. But I am no longer convinced that it gives good value."

"The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly and our room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows really comfortable. We had a front aspect with a lovely little balcony but you can hear the traffic and buses are noisy until fairly late at night. Breakfast has all you could want in terms of variety and the tiny little custard filled ‘balls’ with the sweet pastries were amazing! Rooftop bar is gorgeous, even in November but the drinks bill was the priciest we paid for our whole trip....

"I highly recommend staying here for one night or two at the start of your visit to Italy or at the end before you fly away. There are many different styles of pools, there is water jet therapy, sauna and jacuzzis. You can order a massage to relieve those tired aching muscles and feel revitalised for travel! The staff an absolutely top notch and rapidly tend to your every need. The breakfast is also something which I would highly recommend for weary travelers as well as gourmands."
