"The staff was outstanding, particularly Viviana. You should be aware that this is a tiny hotel, only 6 rooms. And the front desk staff is only available between 9 AM and 6 PM local time. But the bed was comfortable, the heat was plentiful, the shower was modern and hot water was also plentiful. The rooms are not soundproofed, but fortunately the hotel is located on a very small alley, so there wasn't a lot of auto traffic or late night reverlers."

"Everything about the property was good including the staff who are quite helpful. The only item that could be substantially improved is the water pressure on the 5th floor suites. We had two rooms on that floor but the water pressure was so low that the Bidets were completely usable. "

"The hotel is gorgeous, elegant and sophisticated. But even more than that what stood out was the staff. To a person they were completely professional and willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. A must stay in Rome!"

"My room was very clean. Heater and hot water worked great especially during winter. Customer service was good. Went there for NYE party and they made my 230 Euros worth every penny with the live music, live DJ, good view of the fireworks and good food and drinks."

"Transportation was good with the bus stop in front but they dont arrive as scheduled, waited 2 hours for one. Room is nice, showers go from hot and cold water so it wasn't pleasent. Staff was very friendly and provides maps and guide to assist you with finding destinations. Overall a good stay for your money. "

"We stayed at their apartment which is in a separate building. Super convenient for families. The Rooms were spacious, we had two bathroom and a small kitchen. "Excellent hotel, which was located close to a supermarket directly opposite, and nice restaurants around. Very close to Roma Termini and bus stops that will get you to most major attractions in the city. The front desk staff were friendly and gave me a rundown of the hotel upon check in."

"This is an excellent place to stay. There are always staff at the front desk who are courteous and informative. All receptionists we interacted with spoke English. The rooms are plenty comfortable and clean. The stairs and small elevators are a small challenge for accessibility, but only a few stairs are required to climb to get to the accomodations. "Everything is perfect. Very new hotel. Very clean room. Gym to exercise. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is way beyond expectation. The only thing is their laundry room hour is from 8am to 10pm. It typically take 2 hours for a washer and dryer cycle. When I go at 10:10 pm to get the clothes out from the dryer, the laundry room is already locked. I feel they can easily extend the hours for the laundry room to make it more convenient for the guests. Or maybe don't locked the room if there is still things running."
