"It would have been 5 stars. However sadly one very rude member staff. Who thought the way to deal with an issue was to ignore what the customernwas saying and instead make inane comments. Shame as all the other staff were professional and very friendly. Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Jacuzzi wasn't workking but lovely steam room and suana. "

"Bedroom itself was lovely with huge bathroom and lots of really thoughtful touches (steam free mirror, wireless charging pad etc). Unfortunately the cleanliness just let it down for me - the sheets were clean as were the bath etc, but the throw on the bed has a big white stain, there were ants in the bathroom which came out at night, and some dusting was needed (on the remote controls and wardrobe which has some cobwebs). I’d say again for the lovely area and hope that these things were sorted!...

"A beautiful little property with the best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time! The room was spacious, with a great bathroom with a bath, and very pretty view over the grounds. The dining room was beautiful and we wish we had the time ti go to the bar. Only thing we wished was there was a nice walk on or from the property but it is quite small grounds, but it was pretty it was just our oversight."

"Very comfortable large room, booked for wheelchair accessibility and exceeded expectations. Good parking, access to room, large luxury accessible bathroom. Fitted to a high standard and even had pretty, accessible level footpaths along the river to take an evening walk. Food was good pub food and very nice breakfast options. Efficient and friendly table service."
