"We had a lovely staff at this hotel. It was very clean, beautiful courtyard where we had breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here as we were visiting friends about 10km away and the receptionist was so helpful in arranging a taxi for us. I would recommend this hotel to stay as we had a lovely time. "

"This was such a suprise hotel - we didn’t realise it had just been open 3 months. Very high standard hotel from the rooms to the public spaces… and the food was excellent. Big call out to Ruben the night manager who was welcoming when we arrived after midnight after a long drive from Biarritz and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were equally helpful and bright. "Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference. Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did...

"Great location in Altea for the sea front and restaurants. 10 minutes hike up to the old town well worth it. Parking free at the small station nearby. Some great restaurants in the town. The room was fine but needs a 5 foot bed. Bit noisy but not bad as on the main road. The shower ,wifi etc were excellent. Would stay again. "

"I really cannot fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. I also needed to be in that area but there are few hotels to choose from. It is really basic and the quality needs to be improved like towels and TV especially. The bed wasn't good either. Perhaps that is how the proprietor want to keep it that way, low cost. I wasn't able to check-in until 8 pm. but that was ok. Perhaps they should let me check-out later than the stated time."

"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"Hostel is in the middle of the old town. There are lots restaurants about and some really nice local ones. There are alot of hill to go up to the hostel. And it is about half hr up hill walk from the beach. I was a solo female and feel safe walking to the hostel at night. The hostel is nicely decorated with a communal area. I had a good size room, private bathroom with double bed. Room was nice and clean. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge other than that. Nice place to stay if you want...
