"Great location in Altea for the sea front and restaurants. 10 minutes hike up to the old town well worth it. Parking free at the small station nearby. Some great restaurants in the town. The room was fine but needs a 5 foot bed. Bit noisy but not bad as on the main road. The shower ,wifi etc were excellent. Would stay again. "

"Lovely friendly Hostel. Currently being renovated and new rooms will be modern and bright. We stayed in one of the older rooms which was functional for our visit but basic as we expected. A kettle would have been a bonus but hopefully in the upgrades this will be available. We loved stunning Altea - and the view from the roof was amazing, we would definitely come back to the area. "Hostel is in the middle of the old town. There are lots restaurants about and some really nice local ones. There are alot of hill to go up to the hostel. And it is about half hr up hill walk from the beach. I was a solo female and feel safe walking to the hostel at night. The hostel is nicely decorated with a communal area. I had a good size room, private bathroom with double bed. Room was nice and clean. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge other than that. Nice place to stay if you want...
