"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress "

"The minute I walked to reception I was greeted by a super helpful and very happy girl called Carmen. She made check in so simple and she was so helpful. The only fault that I could find with the room was the door frame and door requires some work doing on them. It looked awful. Would I stay there again. A definite yes "

"For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."

"Magic villa Benidorm, advertised kids entertainment that’s why we booked it, but there was no entertainment on what so ever. Breakfast was poor, hotel is very, very dated but very clean…. "We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. This is most definately the first time that has ever happened to us. At 20 Euros for a hour to use the sauna (which necessitated phoning reception to ask someone to come and turn it on), which included heating-up time, it just wasn't worth it (although we were also offered a discount). If we were to exclude the Spa issues, it would be a 5 star rating. We would recommend use of a car as it is tricky to get to, and there isn't much in the way of infrastructure nearby (it is possible to walk down to the shop by the petrol station but it is a slog walking back up the hill)."
