"Lovely room (although bed a bit too hard). Helpful, friendly reception staff. Comfortable seating areas. Nice spa facilities. Convenient location. Good for solo travelers."

"Just a one night stay to visit Mt Snowdon, well pleased with the hotel. This is obviously a Coaching Hotel catering for large groups. We were not part of any group, just an individual booking and were treated with a seperate dining room that served up excellent food, brilliant. The young lady on reception was very courteous and allowed us to leave our car in the car park while we visited Mt Snowdon.All round excellence."
