Little things were really nice-water fill station, nespresso machine in the room with cream in the fridge, games available to play in the cozy lobby. Nice back patio and little bar. "

"The room was very nice, seemed to be newly renovated with nice carpet. Vibe was good, we were in a first floor room facing the street, but it was still quiet and hardly noticed. Wonderful location to downtime Banff. Included complimentary shuttle to Banff gondola which was a plus."
