"Older resort with a lot of rustic charm. Real wood burning fireplaces, as many other resorts in the area had only gas fireplaces. Beautiful location just outside the town of Banff. Clean and quiet. Could use some regular maintenance type work in the rooms and pool/hot tubs. But all around comfortable and relaxing stay, that was affordable. The staff we met were all very polite, friendly, and helpful. "

"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind.
