"Fantastic stay, great staff. Ala, the team manager and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Lovely to see happy staff who enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. "The hotel was lovely nice big room with balcony looking over the golf course. L shaped sofa in seating area, tea/coffee facilities with digestive biscuits, two comfy chairs and two chairs on balcony with table. Lovely breakfast. Bar was nice with plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely bed and there was a floor standing fan very welcome in this hot weather. Bathroom was spacious with walkin shower. If went to the area would definitely stay again."

"Great location for catching the train. Area seemed a bit unsafe. The room was outdated but the best shower in all of London. Would stay here again only for convenience of the train. Expensive for type of hotel. "
