There was a placard saying all amenities included showing pool, hot tub, gym etc. but that floor seemed to be off limits to Kasa guests. 2. The pullout was very uncomfortable - next time we will book a 2 bedroom if all amenities are included. "

"An unbelievable hotel in a declining area of downtown. San Diego like most California ities is on the decline. I grew up here and remember the days of Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp Quarter and its really declined unfortunately. The hotel is fabulous though. "

"The Grand Horton is full of character! The staff we interacted with were friendly. My only negative feedback is our room faced Island Ave so it was very loud till the wee hours due to vehicle noise and people walking around. It was very difficult to get sleep. If you stay here request a room facing the courtyard instead. "
