"This is literally one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to. Not only did every single staff member greet you every time they walked by you every single staff member was extremely attentive to all of our needs. There was not one thing they couldn’t help me with they always did what we asked, the room service was amazing, and they came in our room twice a day and cleaned. It was more than I’ve ever expected and also the on-site spa is 1000 out of 10 experience. If I could give this 100 stars I would."

"We have stayed at the Property before and, as before, enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the property is as clean as a large property can be expected. We were very pleased with Giovanny, our guest service contact for the Property. We received a text message from him a few days prior to arrival and asked if there were any special requests, assistance needs, etc... and was very responsive in responding to texts throughout our stay.
