"The best part was a safe, small, single person room, but it was extremely noisy. There wasn’t a blanket while it gets very cold in Guadalajara. There had 5 men’s urinals but only 2 were open. The guests weren’t clean either so the property could take care better. It’s much more expensive when you pay $50 CAD and get nothing much. "

"We stayed in one of the villas. The parking was pretty tight. Being built on the side of the mountain can be tough! Had an issue with the water quality but management was very responsive to any issues. Had a kitchen but the cooking equipment was very limited was the only real issue. No corkscrew! The view from the restaurant is wonderful. "

"Always love staying as we stay every year the only thing is that this time there was a pump noise going all night long which wasn't the best and the beds did not seem as comfortable as before. And of course Carlos the bartender is no longer there. All in all still happy but some changes appear to have been made"

"Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. We had a view of the cathedral which was spectacular. Friendly and accommodating staff. Its too bad the pool was so cold, I don't think it gets much use but the courtyard setting is gorgeous. "

"Great location! The property is within walking distance of the historic center, the cathedral, and the famous San Juan de Dios indoor market. The staff is friendly, and room service was excellent. While the property could benefit from an update and a refresh in the hallways, it offers good value for the price. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow."

"Friendly people good buffet breakfast for $7.50 each. The walls and windows are thin so you hear noises outside but did not bother me much. Needs some fixing which looks like they started to do on the 7th floor. Wood stay again since great location."
