"Studio style house with kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Rooftop swimming pool is cool with a gym, too. Very clean. The breakfast is fantastic and provided by the hotel next by, where you go from the reception very easily. Loved the stay and especially the breakfast and the sky pool"

"Great hotel if you do not want to be staying in the middle of the Georgetown traffic. Next door to the higher end Queensbay Mall and within walking distance to local eateries and convenience shops, you just need to set up your Grab account for a ride to town or the airport. Staff service was excellent, attended to all of my small requests. "

If you are looking to walk and explore the George Town area you will be disappointed as it’s a bit far and would need to take a taxi. "We stayed at the golden sands by shangri-la in penang 5th to 8th of july. We had a beach /pool facing room which i would strongly recommend.
