"We had a wonderful time it’s about an hour out from Yosemite park entrance but the environment and the staff were so lovely. Plus we went in the snow and the whole place looked like a hallmark movie "

"Remember this is camping and not your typical hotel, so be prepared. We were in a heated tent which took a long time to heat up specially since the temperature in the valley was subzero all day. The reception did give us extra wool blankets so no complaints there. The view from the campsite of the various peaks is what makes the stay worth it. You will 5 min walk from some of the easy to moderate trails, so you can enjoy every moment of your stay. The restrooms and showers are shared but clean....

"Location is 5 minutes from Glacier Point drive. Staying in the park allows us access the park without a reservation. Sofa beds aren’t in good condition. House out dated but everything works fine. "

"Not a lot of options here, but the Majestic is grossly overpriced so the Lodge is your only option for a traditional hotel experience. Staff is hit or miss - some were great, some were very disinterested. Restaurant was decent but again, great busboy, lousy waitress. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. Location is excellent for access to Valley activities."
