"Hotel was beautiful. Airport shuttle was appreciated. Nice warm huge pool and hot tub. Even shuttled us to an area restaurant for lunch. The only complaints were the evening kick back was goldfish and broccoli and the staff at front desk was unhelpful. We asked 3 times for a blanket for the sofa bed and never got one. The sofa bed sleeper used just a sheet and froze. The staff spoke primarily Spanish and noted to struggle with English. Overall nice hotel with great amenities and perks, just not...

"Water only as something free. Not even coffee or tea in the morning. Took a few min to figure out the shower (fancy but too fancy). Shuttle drive going to the airport decided to ignore a right-on-red and do personal stuff (like plugging in his phone). People are anxious to get to the airport. "

"Old hotel that has been updated somewhat. Pictures on website are a little misleading. Hotel was clean nice bed. Small pillows. Barely any parking. Tv was smart tv which you had to use your own accounts to watch. 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Had to ask 3 times for extra towels. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Nice water pressure. Overall a nice secure gated hotel. "

"This property is very good and very close to the airport. The rooms and the service is just amazing and maintain a good quality. shuttle service to the airport is great considering it's proximity to the airport. The only downside is the flight noise as it's close to the airport. Other than that, price and the place was beautiful and the hotel was very accomodative."

"It is a really good hotel! The reception by Mike was excellent! The entrance was clean, good looking and smelled great. The only 2 things to say as a heads up for visitors is that the Hotel parking space is paid per Hour or Day but It’s not crazy expensive. Also to keep a heads up of the room you get, we got a One Bedroom and the apartment had the counter really short, so it was kinda awkward to do dishes and the shower was a little small, but great place! Recommend it at no problem! Thank you Sentral Wynwood! Thank you Mike! "
