Be aware if there is a party or festival happening you will not sleep, this is not the fault of the resort of course but just something to be aware of! "

There is also a roofdeck with a spectacular view of Ponta Delgada. The property is a renovated multi-storey 1930's townhouse with a central mahogany staircase (and elevator) that has been in the same family since 1961.The grandson manages the place and is very knowleadgeable about tours and very responsive to requests.
