"This Ramada Plaza is more a four, than a five-star, and appears dated. Service wrt parking at the front, front desk, and baggage was great. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive, and the outdoor pool area was lovely. However, while the room had a comfortable bed and good size, we were overwhelmed in both our rooms with the overpowering perfume smell that the hotel uses, so much so that we tried our best to aerate our rooms. I did not like the following during my stay: no running water for few hours in 2 days, on the website there are few pictures of the external view with a swimming pool but once you are there they tell you it is not for them but for the next door compound, food is not good at all. it is very expensive to what it is."

"Great Hotel Near the Airport
A beautiful hotel located on the main street, very close to the airport, and right behind it is the lovely Trabzon beach.
I stayed for two nights before my flight and had a relaxing and pleasant experience.
• The apartment was spacious and quiet
• Excellent sound insulation
• Comfortable bed
• Friendly reception, and the café owner kindly offered me tea as a welcoming gesture
Overall, it’s a great stay — especially if you’re looking for peace and convenience before your flight.
Only downside: Very limited parking, and their only solution is to leave your car key at the front desk in case they need to move it."

"There was blood on the corner of the bedsheets and the shower floor and walls were filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room down the hall, which was not a sea view like we paid for. When we told the assistant that we paid for a sea view room, he told us that there was no other room and there was no price difference. This is not true. We paid extra for the sea view room, but we were not given any discount or anything to make up for the trouble. Very dissapointing."
