"This property is in the "suburbs". If you are a person coming in from North America, the location may seem as if it is in the hood. But it is reasonably safe. The bus number 337 which costs about 3 GEL has a stop on a road parallel that to the hotel. I would strongly suggest completely ignoring the village idiots at the airport (Taxi touts) and walk right to the green bus stationed outside the terminal building. Hotel has lots of clean towels. They include soap. Not sure where the water comes...

"We stayed in the room next to the elevator on the top floor. The room was small and in strange shape. There was no shower room at all. There was just a shower head on the wall next to the toilet. "What I like most in this hotel are the staff, specifically Armen and Irakly. They are very accommodating and easy to approach. They help you all through out the stay. They will assist you whenever you need assistance. I booked for included breakfast, the variation of food is not so much but they will make sure that you will be satisfied of their service and food. I appreciate our Baba George who pick us up from Airport and serve as our tour guide. One phone call away and soon he will be on time...

"Great location 3-4 minute walk to Avlabari metro and bus station, with Airport Bus also stopping on this large square {beware if you have heavy luggage though take a taxi as would be really difficult to drag over uneven old town pavements up small incline to property).
