"We come to Madrid quite a lot and always book this hotel. We truly feel like we’re home, it is right in plaza España and a walk away from gran via. If you’d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you don’t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldn’t love this place more! "

"This was our first ever visit to Madrid and our stay was absolutely the best at Gran View Apartments. The location is excellent as it is next to the best attractions in Madrid. The apartment was fabulous, and all the amenities were exquisite. We would certainly go there again. "

"I loved everything about our stay except for one thing that we just couldn't get over. The bathrooms in the room were very uncomfortable. They were spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for but . . . going to the toilet is a very personal function and we just couldn't get passed the glass doors for the toilet. Any time we needed to use the restroom one of us would have to leave to use the toilet. On our first day my husband went to use the lobby restrooms only to find it over crowded with other guest who also felt uncomfortable using the bathrooms in the room. We've been married 38 years and we just couldn't get passed it. Other than that, the staff, the rooms, the hotel staff, the metro being a 3 minute walk away, the airport being an easy drive to get to, all were great. "
