"Had a really great stay at the Stanley hotel. The room we stayed in was quite big for 3 people, the room was clean and the bathroom was a good size. Came with good amenities - fridge, kettle, coffee/tea, tv, wifi, safe etc. Had room service at all hours which was a good amenity. But the star of the show and what makes this hotel amazing was the rooftop floor. A beautiful basically 360 degree view of Athens with the acropolis in sight, which is beautiful at night. "We stayed at the property for two days. It was perfect for what we needed. The location was a little rough, however it was very close to the hop on hop off tour bus stops. The city itself is very walkable so it wasn’t an issue. The rooms were a little outdated, but again perfect for what we needed. The highlight of the hotel was the rooftop pool / restaurant. "We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice & while it’s conveniently located, it isn’t on a main street so it was quiet. On the cab ride from the airport the driver told us where to avoid around the hotel, and where was safe. We walked in the evening with no concerns. The breakfast had something for everyone. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the Acropolis. Mostly all the staff were super helpful. "
