"I’ve stayed at this property several times including before it changed management. We have always enjoyed everything about it. My only strong suggestion is that there is better signage out by the highway. You do not see the hotel or the sign until you get very close to the turn and it is a very busy highway. Making a right hand turn is dangerous especially if you have not been there before."

"Berkshire Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations. It is quiet and pretty. I loved the shades of gold and dark red color scheme. Everything was basically new and very clean. The spacious kitchen and living room buffer the bedroom from any noise in the hallway. The bed was very comfortable for our aging backs. The kitchen is very well-stocked with anything you might want for either plating take-out meals or cooking yourself. My only complaint was that our handicap-accessible bathroom, which I was assured on the phone had a roll-in shower, had a tub/shower combo, which is not fully accessible. Manager Andrew was very apologetic but they no more appropriate room that night, He did call the next morning with an offer to move us, but by that time we were settled in and decided to make do."
