"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff super friendly. Location was good, about 15 mins walking to the lake. The staff helped me decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer, only had one night in the Mt. Fuji area but very glad we stayed here. "

"My family and I recently returned from a weekend getaway to Lake Kawaguchi. The property was awesome. It’s very clean and Modern. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home (cookware, utensils and appliances). There is a washing machine, smart tv with Netflix login, and A/C units in each main room. "Absolutely incredible Glamping experience. The hospitality is exceptional, the villa we stayed in was cozy, and the views of Fuji are top notch, especially while bbqing or hanging out in the jacuzzi. The half board (curated bbq dinners, and breakfast buffet) were phenomenal - great mix of meats and seafood both nights with a special prepared dish as well. If you’re looking for a one of a kind experience - this is your place! "

"The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! We asked them to call for the taxi, they drove us to where we needed instead for free! You can see the Mt. Fuji from the upper balcony very clearly! Would recommend everyone to come to this hotel!"

"The property is nice and has all required aspects for a family stay with kids with a small kids library shelf near the reception, vending machine and dining hall access throughout. Staff were also very nice and parking was ample and easy. Only regret for this property was the carpet in the room was quite old, stained and dusty - it needs replacement or deep cleaning. "Nice hotel. Huge room. The bathroom was bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. All the staff we interacted with were fantastic. A bit of a language barrier but they tried their best to communicate. We got a really good rate for two days, included breakfast. Just so no one is caught off guard as I was, this is an adult hotel. Not as in no minors, but as in a love hotel. If you’re not familiar (I was not) Google this first before booking so you know what you’re getting into. If that doesn’t bother you, it was a great stay for a great rate. The 7/11 is across the street for good snacks and actually good meals. Check out the sweets factory a few blocks behind the 7/11. The only down fall is, it’s a bit of a hike to and from the bus station. "
