"This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. Food was freshly and delicious prepared in course for both dinner and breakfast. Private onsen is well-maintained. Definitely will stay again! "

"2回目の宿泊。以前同様に建物やスタッフのサービスはとてもよかった。ただ一点、朝ご飯も美味しいのだが、「温かい食事」がもっと欲しかった。全体的にぬるめまたは冷たいのはこれからの冬には少し残念。前回は日本人シェフがいたが、スタッフも変わってしまったのだろうか？ただ、家族はみなとても満足していたのは幸い。次回も利用することは確定となったようだ。是非次回は温かい食事を増やして欲しい。"
