"It’s a very cute and trendy hotel in a really good part of the city is close to many restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was included, which was nice, and it was good. Don’t be fooled by the cornflakes, they still come and take your order for a regular breakfast. Back terrace where breakfast is served has a lovely view of the harbor. "Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the port. Excellent location and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Nicely decorated with a large terrace. Reserve a balcony room if possible. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and the street art! I would come back to Valparaiso just to stay at this hotel."

"The location is wonderful, with views of the port and the city. Also, it is an easy walk to restaurants & marketplace as well as to the furnicular into the main square. Be sure to sign up for your private Spa session - with a small pool, hot tub, sauna and tranquil vibe. Above all - the staff was exceptional. I truly loved my couple of days here!"

"My family slept comfortably in a suite with 1 queen, 2 twin beds, and a a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The hostel has a very welcoming and warm feel to it. The common area has a fully functioning kitchen and access to fridges that you can store food in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend!"

"I liked that the hotel is almost an art galleria, with several paints and sculptures. They have a secure parking that's not common in that area. Staff is friendly and kind. It's not far from the famous urban art streets that are recommended to walk during the day. Avoid the halls at night."
