"Whatever you do, don't accept Room 118 or 116, they are Too close to the lobby and therefore very Loud. Also 118 Has no Windows. The only good thing here is the breakfast."

"Great Location but the hotel is in a total state of disorganisation. My room was not fully cleaned on my 4pm arrival and there was layers of thick very smelly polish on the floor. I had to ask the stressed out front desk 4 times to have the room cleaning finished...finally I asked for a new room at 7pm and was shown 3 more rooms which had not been cleaned. The poor girl on reception was totally untrained and seemed to be having long conversations all of the time on the phone. The roof top...
