"We had a wonderful stay for a couple of nights at Bracken Hide. Everyone we met were super friendly and nice. We liked our cabin, nice view and cosy. We paid for the breakfast and it was great. "This is an older hotel that offers basic rooms, our one was on a smaller side, but everything was clean and comfortable. We did not have the opportunity to try their restaurant as it was fully booked the night we stayed but we really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is in a really good location within walking distance from the main shopping area, with several restaurants nearby. Please note there is no elevator in this hotel but they offered to help us carry our luggage upstairs to our room. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hosts. They provided tourist information for the surrounding area sites, restaurants and shopping. Our room had everything we would possibly need and was thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and fuelled our hike up The Old Man of Storr in rain, 50mph winds and sideways hail.
