"The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the pillows were as well. The bathroom was exactly as pictured with the rainfall showerhead and the big bath tub. It was sooo nice to have a bath after hiking all day. Service was prefect, friendly and attentive. We had dinner at the sister restaurant just down the road, i had the chicken he had the lamb and both were so tender... wonderful meals. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back."

"Htel was clean with a good bar to relax in. Room was clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. The pressure in the shower wasnt very strong. We were in room 28 on the ground floor and the room above had very loud creaking floorboards which kept us awake as theperson in the room was moving about until 2am then up at 6am! Breakfast was good, plenty choice. "

"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site.
