"Stayed for a 2 day trip to Universal for daughter’s bday. The conjoined doors were very thin and you can see the light from the other room, the neighbors were very LOUD all night and early am until we left for breakfast! Would’ve rather heard the transit system all night! Talked to the lady at the desk in the am and she was able to move us rooms for the 2nd night with no issue! For that I appreciate and give the better rating!"
