The hotel is a little old but kept well and very clean. It's also in great location with nice staff. Paid parking is cheap if you're driving.

当日予約でしたが丁寧な受付で良かったです疲れていたので和室が良くて選びました部屋は広く無いが二人でゆっくりできる程度でよかったですバスは使ってないが、やや手狭な感じ、一泊なら良いきはします周辺に飲食店も多くて行動しやすかったです

青森駅周辺で家族3人で泊まれる宿を探していましたが、お手ごろな値段で和室に泊まれるというので（3人共、どちらかというとベッドより布団の方が良く眠れる派です）、迷わずここにしました。それだけで十分でしたが、フロントの対応、サービス、全てが良く大満足です！朝食も付けるかどうか迷った末に、海が見えるレストランに惹かれて申し込みましたが、景色だけでなく内容の非常に良いバイキングで、益々大満足でした。素敵な旅行になりました。有難うございました！

別館の和室に一泊した。2時よりチェックイン可能との事だったので2時30分に到着したが、部屋の掃除中という事で15分程待たされた。部屋はとても狭くてビックリ。快適とは言えない滞在だった。

酒店外觀一般。原來由2座新舊館同顏色外型楼宇連成。外觀有點怪怪。酒店前方就是商店街吧?晚上較冷清。洒店和式房較陳舊。電視機仲係20吋。有其他選擇都不會住

It doesn’t seem like this hotel has been updated in the last 30 years or so. Service is friendly and location is good but the rooms are tiny and outdated.

This was a good hotel with traditional Japanese rooms and Western style rooms. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room and it was clean and comfortable if you're used to the floor futon. The hotel is located in a small traditional Japanese town. There's not that much to do unless you're there to explore the countryside.
