"Pricing is ok compared to other hotels in the area. The $10 parking fee is ridiculous, especially condiering the condition of the parking lot! Set up makes it a bit difficult to manage entering & exiting with luggage carts. No breakfast but we appreciate the ability to get a room with an actual closing door for the 1 bedroom suites. Kitchens is amply set up & usually has everything we need! We stay here often as the pros definitely out weigh any cons. Rooms are always clean & comfortable. "

"The room and surrounding property were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and even called me to make sure my room was okay! There's also a decent grocery store close by and Panera is right next to the building. All in all this place was great, if you're staying in Ann Arbor I' recommend this place."
