"Fun family, neat stay. The property is set up like an old traditional Cambodian home, where the owner couple sleeps upstairs in a grand room and the children sleep upstairs on mats on the porch. Except our hosts slept downstairs and gave us free reign of the upstairs. This isn’t a Hilton, but was enjoyable and interesting. "This is an exceptional property with absolutely beautiful and quiet grounds, a gorgeous swimming pool, and the friendliest and most hospitable staff that you will find. There are relatively few guests unlike the big chain properties, so you will get individualized attention. They arranged some events like the Apsara dance show and Jeep tour of mountain and waterfall area. These were great. Much nicer to stay here than big chain properties. "

"The staff were so pleasant and helpful with bookings and room service, the art work made for a beautiful warm atmosphere, the menu showed off the local cuisine and everything was seriously delicious, I got a really good traditional massage, I liked that the area was quiet and set in the north near the temples. Honestly, the whole experience was great from start to finish. I’d recommend to anyone. Thanks to all the wonderful staff. You were great!"

"We had a wonderful three night stay at People by The Community. The hotel is in a great location (very close to Angkor Wat and downtown Siem Reap), clean, and quiet. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, including having tuk tuk drivers standing by to transport guests throughout the day and always offering to help schedule / recommend activities throughout the city. Would highly recommend staying here and getting to know more about Siem Reap!"

"Staff in this hotel go out of their way to assist and make your stay enjoyable. Willing to arrange anything, such as a late shower and change of clothes after checking out. Also very conveniently located for the temples. Rented a bike and it took only 20 minutes to get to Angkor Wat. "

"The lobby and rooms were impeccably clean, setting a warm and welcoming tone when you walk in. The staff at Sokha are outstanding—always smiling, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. Special mention to Mr. Sambom and Mr. Saroven, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Mr. Sambom was very pleasant to chat with and gave us a fun tour around the facility in the resort’s "Rolls Royce" golf cart. Overall, Sokha Siem Reap Resort is an excellent choice for anyone looking for exceptional service, a clean and comfortable hotel. We highly recommend it!"
