"Overall, this is a great place to stay hostal-wise. The shared bathrooms were always very clean, in both the AM and PM when I used them. I stayed in a single room (room 2) and was quite pleased with how comfortable the bed was and how the pillows were the perfect blend of firm and soft. Could use just one more pillow though. "Overall, this hostel is great. My only issue is the fact that there is no AC in the dorm room and one fan doesn’t do enough for a room of 5 adults. I was super hot all night so didn’t have a great night sleep. Other than that, everything there is great. Location is good, hostel is super clean, staff is super nice and kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely recommend it if there is no heat wave. "

"The hostel is excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect - in the heart of Zona Rosa, close to Zona T, where you'll find great restaurants, bars, and clubs. It's also within walking distance of Andino and Atlantis malls, plus a 24/7 OXXO nearby. The bathrooms and showers are high quality, the atmosphere is great, and it's easy to meet new people. A fantastic experience in Bogotá!"

"Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and big, with hot water, the trash bin is emptied every day. Only minus is the bed, which wasn't confortable and pretty noisy. "The property staff was great! They helped to set up transportation to and from the airport based on our flights. Walkable to much of the historic district and shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good and rooms clean and as described. Great options for day trips that we didn't have enough time to take them up on."

"The hotel was in pretty good condition, very nice and clean. The only thing I would note is the shower water pressure is quite light, and it does take a good few minutes to become hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the quality was great for the cost. I would definitely say it's a solid choice if you come to Cusco and want to be in the historic centre area. "We had a great time in the short time we stayed. The two queen bed “emerald” room was spacious, modern, and clean. They also use Loccitane products! The kitchen came in handy for us with children. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooftop bar and pool had amazing views in the night. The drinks were great as well! We will definitely come back! "
