"We needed to stay close to the hospital to support a family member's critical surgery and hospital stay - to have quick and easy access to the hospital. Residence Inn was accommodating in allowing us flexibility to extend our stay as well as watched out for our our adult disabled daughter's safety while we were going to and from the hospital. It was a very clean and safe and quiet facility. "

"Property and rooms are great. The whole hotel smells amazing, lobby, hallways and elevator. Like there’s a perfect scent pumping through the vents. I loved it. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but that’s okay. Front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was great. I’ll start again. "

"This place was truly a gem! We stayed in the Valencia RoomIt was classy and comfortable! My husband and I plan to return on our next visit to Sacramento. The contactless check in was seamless and easy. The Inn keeper was genuinely kind and did an excellent job with communication!"

"The breakfast was great and so was the fitness room. Great beds and linens! The fitness room was a bit stuffy and I couldn’t find the remote to turn off a screen no one was watching. The hot water dispenser at breakfast is also unfortunately often a coffee dispenser, so my two cups of tea I brewed to go for a long drive were not drinkable. Perhaps dedicating a hot water carafe that cannot be used for coffee purposes would work lots better. "

"The room was always clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. There was no free breakfast as advertised. At the cafe, i was told they were not taking orders yet, but yet someone walked up in front of me and she took their order. I dont know why. Could have been any number of reasons, but she still didnt take my order."
