"All the staff were attentive and friendly. I was only staying in SF for a day and it was pouring on the first day so we decided to check out early in the morning to spend a few hours before the flight. Unexpected rain poured and it was impossible to explore the city, so we called the hotel if we could go back, and they accepted it. I was so grateful for the accommodation. "

"Stayed in a female dorm for one night. It was comfortable. The only thing was that the carpet felt moist and I didn’t know why. Bathroom was outside the room but huge and with hot water. It’s an old classical building right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was basic but appreciated anyway. Would definitely stay again."

"There was a event going on across the street so very loud electronic music was playing until at least 1:00 a.m. on our first night. It would absolutely be wonderful if there was room service. And the only other thing was when I checked my portfolio after I checked out I was charged for a movie. $26.99 which we knew that no movie was watched in our room. I emailed them and they fixed it right away."
