"We had an amazing stay at Feel Osaka Yu! The location was great and easy to get around and the room was clean and well put together. The best part of all was the staff - Kaz was wonderful and so welcoming, and we had a really great time hanging out and playing music. "We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to Dotonbori and the metro. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. There was road construction in front of the hotel and they worked during the night. The hotel staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible by providing ear plugs. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2.
