citizenM Miami Worldcenter
10/10 Excellent
"My boyfriend and I stayed at CitizenM Worldcenter for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend this hotel!
The staff are very kind, friendly and professional. In the lobby there are tons of different lounging options as well as workstations, which is so convenient. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options.
Our room was small but brilliantly designed to optimize space. Lots of storage, blackout blinds and a very very comfortable bed!
The location in downtown Miami is just steps to Bayfront park, Bayside Marketplace, and the view from the rooftop pool is amazing. Great pool with comfy loungers, umbrellas and towels provided.
And right next door within the Wordcenter are some nice shops and great restos (Serafina italian and Earls were both standouts) Lucky Strike bowling and arcade is also next door.
We loved our stay at this hotel!
The only thing to note is it is very well air conditioned! Every night I had to sleep fully clothed lol (sweatpants, socks, sweatshirt) to stay warm. But given how hot and humid it was outside, I did not mind!
Very chic hotel, well designed, beautiful decor, great food and staff, amazing location and well priced!"
"The New Yorker is the cutest little hotel and I had a great stay there. It has everything you could need and it is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. I loved the pool and courtyard area they had. You can tell it's an older hotel that has been given a face lift, so it's not perfect but it's clean and very charming. I do want to highlight that the staff was AMAZING! The two ladies who worked the front desk during my stay were polite and friendly and very helpful. The first person working when I arrived allowed me to check in right away, 4 hours early, free of charge. The woman who worked the evening shift was equally as lovely and kind. I wish I got their names because they made a huge difference in making my stay as wonderful as it was. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an eclectic, relaxed experience in Miami. "
"Everything that everybody is saying about this place is absolutely true beautiful clean and nice hotel with a beautiful pool and a great view of Miami Beach. Definitely recommend for a special occasion."
"Room was excellent, rooftop pool and lounge were excellent, staff couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much for them.
The area was a bit scruffy and didn't feel overly safe at night, but everything else completely superb. Would go again for sure. (Also, great sandwich shop just over the raod - Mr Baguette) "
"I loved the artsy vibe the hotel had and the area near the hotel had. I also loved that they gave me the room very early since my cruise had us go off the boat early. Also they let me stay 1 hour more in my room since my flight back home was really late."
During your trip to Miami, you can find the perfect gifts to bring home at 5th Avenue Shopping Area. Stroll along the beaches or experience the area's art scene.
