The Gale is in a great location with a 10 minute walk to the Bayside Marketplace and Port of Miami. Very clean and quiet. They let me check in early without charge and upgraded room. Would definately stay again.

The hotel is amazing! The room, and pool are great. The view from the hotel are spectacular. Really enjoy the centric location. Walking distance to Bayside Marketplace and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Poor checkin personnel ; long lines only 2 front desk people required credit card 3 times and id’s even after submitting everything online. Room was empty- one K cup for a coffee no creamer. Restaurant advertise open at 7am for breakfast on website and on front door upon arrival they don’t open until 8 . Food was decent wait staff very good. Roy hotel that is one year old is already beginning to fall in disrepair.

This is a convenient location if you want to be near shopping in the city. The hotel is new and nice but the staff seems to still be settling into things and communication was not as ideal as I’d hoped for the cost. The pool and downstairs restaurant were both great however, the service was not.

The cleanliness was horrible. The floors were gross and the hallways smelled terrible. The gym was absolutely terrible. Hot & gross, very small. Not impressed at all. I would not stay here again, maybe at $125 per night but not the price they charge. The staff were fantastic but that was the only positive about this place.
