"Staff were very friendly and tried to by helpful. Limited knowledge beyond the area in terms of wider DR experiences. But they really tried to help with everything. Paula is fantastic. Facilities are amazing for the price so cannot complain. Breakfast was OK - would have liked to try full Dominican breakfast but was not available during my trip. Location isn't ideal just as it is away from Colonial Zone where most stuff is happening (easy enough to get to though) and I thought I was booking near...

"The hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts was really good and had many options. The lunch and dinner restaurant was ok. Pool bar was great with good food. Emiliano was wonderful. Housekeeping ( Maria) was great. The view of our room was fair. Everyone was very friendly."
